On August 3, 2022, the "2022 China New Formulation Detergent Product Development Conference" was grandly held in Guangzhou. The meeting focused on the technological innovation, product development, market promotion, standards, and regulations of new formulation products in China's detergent industry, focused on extensive discussions and in-depth exchanges on hot issues in the development of China's new formulation detergent products.

On the morning of August 3, Dr. Wang Jun, Deputy Director of VTR National Accredited Enterprise Technology Center, delivered a speech entitled "New Demand for Detergent Enzymes for New Formulations of Detergent Products". The speech closely combined the development trend of the washing industry and explains the goal of washing enzyme product innovation in simple terms - to provide solutions for new formulation washing products. At the same time, it also introduced the unique advantages of VTR's detergent enzyme products in detail and looked forward to the future development of detergent enzyme products, which attracted great attention from the industry.

Dr. Wang said that the highest goal of washing products through innovation is to develop effects that consumers can perceive in terms of function and to make consumers feel pleasant and playful in the process of use. To achieve such innovation in daily chemical products, it relies on underlying technology innovations, such as the innovation of packaging materials, equipment innovation, and raw material innovation. Detergent enzymes are being used as green raw materials with wider application extensions and more ways of use now. Since the beginning of this century, through continuous self iteration, it has continued to provide innovative support for the concentration, energy saving, greening, and low carbonization of daily chemical products.

At present, the rapid development of new washing products, and the variety of technologies and processes have put forward new demands for washing enzymes. Through three cases, Dr. Wang clearly explained what these new demands are, how detergent enzyme companies should respond, and how VTR leads the industry and takes the lead in providing a complete set of products and technical process solutions for daily chemical companies. Among them, "one-time perceivable fabric reconditioning product" is a classic case of VTR for a complete set of products and technical solutions for daily chemical enterprises. In order to achieve the effect of "renovation without damaging the clothes", VTR has developed Yibeijing C series cellulase, which can specifically identify the broken part of the fabric and protect the fabric itself from being damaged. On the other hand, to achieve the effect of "from quantitative to qualitative changes", VTR has developed a liquid enzyme that is "compatible with water-soluble membrane" for daily chemical companies. Daily chemical companies do not need to spend research and development time and cost, which can complete the innovative development of products through cavity packaging and realize the application of enzyme functions.

This conference conducted in-depth discussions on new formulation products in China's detergent industry, which played a significant role in the innovation and development of the detergent industry and the enhancement of communication and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises.
